    Meet Melissa Arndt: A Leader Creating Leverage

    As the Sales & Training Manager at The Moldenhauer Real Estate Group in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Melissa Arndt was spending nearly 15 hours per week repeating herself. Every morning, she’d meet with new agents for hours— talking through the same material, answering the same questions, and getting interrupted all day by ‘gotta minutes.’
    She knew something had to change.

    My time is a lot freer, but it’s also a lot more structured. I know exactly what I’m teaching every time, and I’m making sure that everybody’s getting the same training.

    Instead of spending her days repeating information, Melissa now runs one day of in-person training — and has the rest of her week open to focus, strategize, and improve.
